Mediator- Resolve to end your disputes with a little grace . . . As part of my work in the claims department of a medical malpractice insurance company for 11 years, I participated in hundreds of mediations. In 2004, I made the transition to being the neutral rather than a party and became a full-time mediator. Since that time, I have successfully mediated more than 150 cases. I have a reputation for being able to see both sides of the story and feel my experience aids both sides in coming to a mutual resolution. Although my past experience was mainly in medical and dental malpractice, I do not limit my cases to that venue. My mediations have involved a variety of issues ranging from personal injuries to community-based disputes. I do not mediate any child custody or divorce cases, but I do mediate pre-wedding disputes. My practice is mobile and I am willing to handle mediations throughout California.
